This is a very chic, thoughtfully run, dog and family friendly property in beautiful montecito. Close to everything. Excellent AC, linens, mattresses, trampoline etc. Host is both hospitable and professional. Many could learn a thing or two from them!

The Inn surpassed my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious and bright with high ceilings and perfect furnishings. Someone thought about all of the things you might need and so there was plenty of storage for my clothes, a small but just what I needed kitchenette, big, gorgeous bathroom, cozy king bed, cozy couch and tv with streaming. It just felt roomy and relaxing to be there. The parking spot was right across the street and very convenient. The price was very reasonable for what you got in downtown Santa Barbara. I’m going to recommend it to people when they are headed to Santa Barbara.

Bobbie was so easy to communicate with. The house was just as the photos showed. Walkable location. Nice layout with lovely outdoor spaces. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property with our 3 month old infant and a couple friends. The property was in a great location with lots of coffee shops and restaurants conveniently down the road. We were also a quick walk away from the beach. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is located off of a busy street but sound machines were provided in each room to help with the noise at night. Hosts were proactive in checking in and extremely responsive to our messages which is much appreciated. I'd recommend this place!

Adorable, rustic yet luxury through and through. Photos do not do this home justice; it was perfect! I did little research on the surrounding areas and went off the vibes shown on the Airbnb profile. It was even better than I imagined- so many great walkable restaurants and the whole town was so beautiful.

This is a fantastic place to stay! The Summerland neighborhood is idyllic and this is the perfect spot to stay if you want a nice weekend in Santa Barbara but aren’t looking to pay luxury resort prices. The Airbnb is walkable to lots of great coffee shops and cafes, we had a great time. We came into town for a wedding and it was a great spot to stay!

The Inn at Anatega was in a perfect location for our stay. Close to many restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and had everything our family needed for our short stay. Parking was very convenient and definitely would stay here again.

We had a really lovely stay at 1090 Edison. Our family occupied 2 units for 2 nights and found both units to be well appointed, beautifully furnished + decorated and very centrally + conveniently located. Lots of great dining options in close proximity plus lots to explore in greater Santa Ynez Valley. Both the check in and check out process was a breeze.

Great place to stay with a great view of the ocean. The patio area was so serene with all of the greenery and flowers surrounding it. A great area to unwind.

It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer. We loved the neighborhood and found it easy to get around to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, cozy unit situated perfectly by the shops & restaurants of Santa Ynez. Amenities were exactly as described and this was one of the cleanest, well-kept rentals I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! Excellent home base for exploring Santa Ynez, Solvang, Buellton, and Lake Cachuma!

This property was lovely!! clean, fully equipped, lovely amenities Communication was excellent and always responsive. The workability to the beach and the shops of Summerland was perfect. And the easy access to the rest of Montecito Santa Barbara was great too. The traffic was a bit noisy on occasion, but totally manageable. And the only negative things : the ice maker did not work and the air-conditioning in the primary bedroom made a lot of noise. It worked but had a very loud recurring sound as if something was wrong with it. But otherwise I have zero complaints and would stay here again!

My partner and I had a fabulous stay. The management was clear, responsive and warm. We will be back to continue to explore the area!

We enjoyed our stay the Road Noise was a bit of a nuisance occasional evening traffic would awaken us even with a Good Noice machine, and the Attached cottage wasn’t a problem unless they Had a Pet at the Same time.

This was exactly as pictured with a beautiful backyard and perfect location. They must have fixed the fenced yard issue since the other reviews because we found it very safe and enclosed for our 14 pound pup. It was truly an ideal space for her to run around, explore, and have all the smells. Watch out for the acorns though, as they seemed to be a bit of a choking hazard. The gardener came unexpectedly the next day, so although they were loud, it was appreciated that they cleared most of the debris.We loved the ping pong table and corn hole game as well! It’s nicely shaded with beautiful trees and so much cooler than Calabasas. You could definitely hear the freeway cars and occasional train, but it was more like white noise than truly disturbing. Worth it to us for the great location, which was a nice 10 min walk to town.Inside was nicely appointed, but no bathroom upstairs and a very windy staircase made nighttime bathroom a no-go. Our dog also couldn’t navigate the stairs.

Great place in the heart of town. Will definitely stay there again.
