What a gem! The layout of this unit is spacious and the interior design is beautiful. This location is convenient - so close to a lot of things to do and La Paloma Cafe across the street is awesome. The unit even has a private patio area in the front, so the door is not right against the sidewalk, which feels safe and private. The hosts are very friendly, responsive, and checked on us multiple times to ensure we had what we needed. Would stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was in a great location, easy to find and accessible to the town and surrounding areas. Space was functional for 5 adults and the extra studio was super useful, felt like a private getaway. House was comfy and clean and had what we needed to relax, cook and enjoy the beach weather. Good communication with host. Note: there are no stairs to get in/out of the hot tub making it hard to use.

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals we’ve stayed at. The residence was beautifully designed. The master bed was perfectly soft while offering a firmer option in the 2nd bedroom. We parked right outside the front door. I walked to coffee most mornings while my teens slept in. I enjoyed the secluded little yard for reading and sending emails. We walked to the beach and an amazing bookstore. Access to and from the freeway was super easy even with the construction on 101. My daughters and I loved our girls trip here! 10 out of 10!

This place was a great find. Loved everything about it. It was right in the middle of everything, restaurants, local shops, the pier , museums. Everything was walking distance. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean, and parking was just around the corner. My husband and I will definitely be back soon.

We had a really nice stay overall and would definitely recommend this place. The space was just as described—clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with everything we needed for a smooth visit. It felt welcoming right away, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time.The host was responsive and helpful throughout, providing clear instructions and making check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.One small thing to note is that there was a bit of noise coming from the nearby parking structure at times, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience.All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we would be happy to return in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Bobbie’s place. The space felt very private even though it is attached to the main house. The location is close to a handful of wonderful restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and there was every amenity we could possibly need. I will definitely stay at Bobbie’s place again and would recommend to my friends and family.

The place was impeccable. Everything one could ask for and very stylish. Owners were very kind and responsive. All good (great, actually!)

Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could!! The pictures actually don’t do the listing justice - in reality, the space is much bigger, brighter and well designed. My husband, who has literally never given any Airbnb 5 stars, said this place deserves 5 stars. Other useful info: ZERO chores to do for check out, location is super walkable, pack n play for our toddler was readily available, beautiful windows.

We had a lovely stay! Home is gorgeous, clean, and the hosts were very proactive and responsive.

Looks just like the photos- cute and comfortable place, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only real issue was street noise - not sure if that was due to the sheer number of windows facing the street, or the need for more insulation.

My husband and I loved our stay at the bungalow. We visit Santa Barbara often and this is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Summerland is idyllic and I enjoyed walking for coffee in the morning. It was only ten minutes to downtown Santa Barbara, 10 mins to beautiful hikes in Montecito, and across the street from the beach! The place was clean and spotless and we enjoyed the backyard space. The perfect weekend getaway. ✨

Bobbie was a great host-- very responsive and always being helpful. For example-- we realized we needed a microwave the morning after checking in and she immediately arranged for one to be put out for us to use. The house is lovely and clean. Location amazing; we walked every morning to Coast Village Road for coffee. The yard is wonderful and well maintained. We did not know about the chicken coop but they were quiet and after our pup got accustomed to the chickens being there it was fine. The freeway does produce noise if you're in the back yard, but inside you do not hear it very much. Overall we were very happy with our stay! Thank you Bobbie!

Everything was absolutely amazing! The room was perfect, with an incredible ocean view. The downtown area was just a short walk away, and it was incredibly charming. Our dog had a blast at the beach, and we couldn’t recommend this place enough! We can’t wait to return.

Will absolutely return. Located close to our favorite places - the beach, Field and Fort, Montecito, Carpenteria, Coastal Village Rd. Appointed with tasteful decorum! Bed so comfortable! Small kitchen was convenient, the private outdoor back area for the dog wins, the bathroom was small but well appointed. Cozy and charming!!

We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. It’s beautiful and spacious and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. There’s a walk-in closet in the master bedroom that was wonderful because we stored our luggage in there and the unit always felt nice and uncluttered. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Any questions we had were always answered promptly and the location was excellent. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and a great coffee place. Book it. You won’t be sorry.

Had a great couple's trip with my lady and our pup. Baker's Table right downstairs was great in the morning. We did activities in Solvang, Los Olivos, and surrounding wineries and everything was within 15mins of this place.I appreciate the stocked kitchen with seasonings, pots/pans, kitchen tools, etc. Thanks!

Great location, fun outdoor space, and easy checkin/checkout.

Centrally located. Easy free parking nearby. Nice clean rooms and area. Easy access with key pad. Kitchenette is well stocked. I would call my rating 4 1/2 stars. Only minor complaint would be that there is no place to dispose of your trash. If you are staying multiple days and have a family, it could start to pile up. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone.

Easy walking distance to Summerland’s beautiful beach and sweet town with quaint coffee shops (don’t miss The Red Kettle), restaurants an excellent bookstore, Godmothers, and other retail stores. We absolutely loved staying here! I live in LA and my brother, his wife and two girls came to visit me for their spring break! This was perfect for us. Summerland is so cute and quaint and not as stuffy as Santa Barbara or Montecito proper! A very adorable beach town! We walked to eat 2 of our 3 days plus lovely coffee spots. We also walked to the adorable, peaceful and private beach. We spent lots of Tina in Santa Barbara and Montecito too since it is only 5-10 minutes to drive to those locations. The Montecito hot springs are not to be missed for active families that love to hike! The home was so perfect we just felt so relaxed and comfortable there. Wine at the fire pit and the hot tub was perfect. We had a little issue with the fire pit not having propane and they came out right away. We would come back in a heartbeat. This spot is maybe the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked!

Absolutely stunning. 14(?) ft ceilings, enormous windows. Location cannot be beat. Step right into downtown, forget about your car in an extremely convenient parking spot. Definitely a fishbowl, but the blinds can all be closed easily, and the location makes it a huge selling point. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay here!! Property is beautiful and so well stocked. We felt right at home. Perfect rental for families with small kids. Great enclosed patio, walkable to the beach, playground and restaurants. We have rented from Miramar Lane property management in the past, and their properties are always the best! Beautiful, clean, and always so thoughtfully put together. Great communication as well.
