This was a really nice place and stay for myself, my partner and my pup. Great yard space, really beautiful and peaceful area within walking distance to downtown montecito. The space was beautifully decorated and clean. All In all a lovely stay and would recommend this to others.

We loved our stay in Summerland! This bungalow was adorable and a great size for a single person or a couple. Very nicely decorated, well-appointed with key amenities, and very well maintained, and we especially loved the indoor/outdoor nature of the space, with a nice backyard seating area. The neighborhood was perfect, with several good eateries and wonderful shops within easy walking distance. We especially loved Godmother's bookstore, Sacred Space, the Nugget, and the fresh flowers and produce down the street. Very convenient to Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Carpinteria (all of which we were visiting). We would definitely recommend and stay here again. The only thing preventing me from giving this five stars across the board is that we couldn't get the fire pit to work. I emailed the hosts on our first night there (Friday), and it still wasn't fixed or operable by the time we left on Monday, so I missed having the opportunity to enjoy one of the key features, alas.

Super convenient location to zip up to Goleta or down to Carpinteria. You'll love the decor of the Airbnb, very boho chic, just like the photos. The bed is so comfy. You're really going to enjoy staying here!

Loved our stay! Beautiful environment and so clean on check in. You can hear the road but there are white noise machines provided. The host was very communicative and available. We saw some former reviews which noted a mildew smell and we could not detect anything at all. 3-5m drive to delicious eats and cute shops. Will definitely come back!

We had a very nice time at the Beach Loft this past weekend. Bobby was a great and generous host. They made themselves accessible and reached out to ensure we had all that we needed. The property itself is true to what is depicted in the pictures and the location is at the heart of Montecito & can’t be beat! We look forward to returning in the future and would recommend them without any reservation.

Exactly as shown in the photos, a secluded little place in a safe and discreet location. Very clean. Note there is a bit of traffic noise from freeway, but not very loud and well-mased by the fountain outside. Check in was difficult but resolved quickly via AirBnb messaging.

Great spot! Would return in a heartbeat. Modern and cozy beach bungalow with a private garden and fireplace. Everything was clean and modern and updated design wise and nice.The only thing I could say is be careful with the firepit! The propane lets out quite a bit more gas into the pit than you'd expect and could be a problem when lowering the match to start it. Also - light from the outside in.All and all one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at! Well worth the money. Great hosts.

Enjoyed our stay - it was exactly as pictured and felt safe and peaceful. Easy walk into town and fire pit was great for us since we happened to stay on a few cooler days. It had rained recently and felt a bit damp inside, which was the only downside. Did not impact our stay and not much could be changed about that, but just for awareness.

Enjoyed our stay. There are a few delicious restaurants in area. We enjoyed a early morning stroll. Ocean view was great just know you can’t just cross the street to access the beach .

This was a beautiful space to stay in Summerland. We were able to easily visit Santa Barbara and Channel Islands National Park. The proximity to the highway was convenient, and the noise was not a problem. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. This is a one room plus bathroom unit, which is a little hard to tell from the pictures.

Place was great! Comfy, peaceful, had great vibes and looked exactly like the pictures. Will def stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home managed by Miramar Lane Management. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located just a short walk from State Street, where all the shops, restaurants, and attractions are. The communication with the hosts, Brooks and Bobbie, was seamless from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The early check-in options were helpful, and parking was a breeze. We’ll definitely miss staying here and hope to return the next time we’re in Santa Barbara!
