We loved our stay at Natty’s place. It is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor seating surrounded by beautiful trees. Natty was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Natty, we look forward to returning again soon.

Schöne Unterkunft in Montecito in toller Lage, mit ganz wunderbarem Garten. Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern angereist und die Kinder konnten sich ganz wunderbar im Garten austoben. Das Haus ist klein, aber toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben wirklich nichts zu beanstanden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beautiful place. It is noisy from the road, but that is to be expected in Summerland. They do have a sound machine to help. The place is beautiful, but tiny, which was fine for us. The outside back patio is lovely and it's quiet and peaceful. There is a clean and perfectly working grill and fire pit. One note is that there isn't anywhere to hang clothing. There are hangers, but I hung shirts on the towel hook in the bathroom. Everything is small--not any extra space in the bathroom, for example, but it is well-appointed and tastefully renovated. The furnishings are beautiful. Sheets and bed are great. Everything was immaculately cleaned. They were missing an accessible plug by the bed and management had it outside my door before 6am the next day. I was super impressed! They are proactive--checking in to be sure everything is up to par and then quickly jumping in to help if needed. I would definitely stay again!

Bin zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Es ist total herzig, super gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer bzw. Agentur reagiert sofort, wenn man eine Frage hat. Es ist ganz genau, wie auf den Bildern. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Parkplätze hat es reichlich und es hat mehrere Strände und Restaurant in der Nähe. Santa Barbara erreicht man mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten. Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit

Bobbie's place was great and very walkable to the shops and restaurants in Montecito! We were able to walk over to Butterfly beach and the Rosewood hotel.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as described and shown in listing. Minor cleanliness issue that must have been an oversight, no big deal! But I was a bit surprised about the offer for a future 10% discount if I write a positive review.

Such a great place to stay. Right next to my fav shop and walkable to many more. The backyard space was a wonderful retreat.

I had an incredible stay at Casa Blanca! If I could live here, I absolutely would. The architecture and design are stunning, and the cleanliness was impeccable. A bit more proactive and attentive communication would make an already great experience even better, including seeing through a guest concern with the gate. That said, every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and the convenience of the location made everything so easy. I will absolutely be staying at Casa Blanca again.

This place was an amazing stay !! The view was gorgeous and just as described and the bed was absolutely cozy. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to the little restaurants and even to the beach no problem. It was a quiet and nice little town to stay in.

We had the most fantastic stay at Bobbie’s place. It was clean, close to shops and restaurants, and communication with Bobbie was great. Bobbie even left us a bottle of wine. Truly, Bobbie is the best host. If we’re ever in the area again, we will stay here again!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the fireplace and overall design of the unit. We didn’t hear much of the freeway noise that was just down the road. The welcome wine and fancy local popcorn was a great surprise treat. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

This is the perfect location to enjoy Montecito / SB! The property itself is beautiful and the bed upstairs is very comfortable. It is near a busy road so it is a little loud, but the unit is equipped with a noise machine which drowns out the noise very well.

I had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for one person (and would be great for two people) — very clean, comfortable and bright. Walkable to so many great restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. Private. Bobbie and team do an amazing job at checking in, providing help, etc. Would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Casita. The place looks exactly like in the advertised photos and has a very modern yet cozy feeling. It has everything you need for a short or long weekend. I recommend it plenty.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the gas fireplace and the beautiful courtyard. Having two living spaces was an unexpected bonus! The decor was beautiful. I would love to stay at this Montecito home again!

I’m reluctant to see how much we loved this space because I wanted it available when I come back again. it’s beautifully serene yet in the middle of everything. We woke up every morning to beautiful ocean view and loved the back private space with fire pit to relax in the afternoon with a glass of wine . we were able to park right in front and everything about the space was convenient. We walked everywhere in Summerland and I was in heaven with all the home decor, stores, and antique shops. We took a Uber into Montecito several times for a beautiful dinners We can’t wait to stay again.

Such a beautiful spot 🫶🏻 I had a really great time here! The space is small/ studio like so the pictures are pretty accurate. It had everything we needed, so no complaints at all! I enjoyed the backyard & the firepit — it was so nice & peaceful to just sit and relax. The location is so beautiful and it’s in a cute small town. It’s very private and quiet. I know some people had issues w sound and it does get loud (train, traffic, etc) but I come from the city so it really didn’t bother me. They provide a white noise machine to help out which I think is thoughtful! Otherwise — very cute, clean and perfect! Probably like 10mins from SB so it was a convenient stay. I believe they rent out the unit right next to us as well (#5) but it wasn’t a problem! I would def recommend and stay again 🙂

We really enjoyed the area and the ease to park and proximity to good coffee and food. The little shops within 2 blocks were wonderful to explore. The Summerland Beach was perfect and the people so friendly. This is a dog friendly town!
