In compliance with California law, if a tenant has violated any part of the contract, after attempting to mitigate the dispute, we will take necessary measures to evict a wrongful tenant. This includes:

Should a tenant wish to extend their lease, after discussion with the landlord, we will facilitate all necessary contracts and documents to amend the original lease.
