Miramar Lane is a full service property management firm that works on a variety of properties including Short Term Rentals, Long Term Rentals, and Estate Management. Based out of Santa Barbara, we are a family owned and operated real estate company that provides a variety of property services including buying, selling, leasing and management. Being investors ourselves, we understand that property management works better when the managers and owners are transparent with each other, so we strive to work as a team with our clients.

MEET BOBBIE
Bobbie is a real estate broker and a USC alum with a background in Law, Business, Marketing and Real Estate. Over the past 12 years she has worked in Real Estate Development, seeing projects through the development, design, and build phases, while running operations in both Santa Barbara and the Lake Tahoe area. She previously managed a 160-unit property as well as a 48 unit property and she has since managed short and long term rental properties.

MEET BROOKS
Brook has been managing short term rentals for the past 6 years. She has had incredible success with all of her properties, maintaining Super Host status, and has all 5-star ratings with glowing reviews. Aside from property management, Brook previously owned a digital marketing company where she provided web design, social media and print marketing services, helping businesses maximize their online presence while increasing sales and brand awareness.
