The Beach Loft

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size sofa bed. The house has a gated private entrance, keypad locked front door, and your own fenced in yard and patio. Outdoor Amenities- Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Corn Hole Amenities include a full sized fridge and freezer, brand new oven and electric stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and full size LG washer and dryer, king bed and queen pull-out. Wireless internet and a smart TV with streaming services abs cable are provided. We are also located right next to the 101 freeway (which in Montecito means close to the beach) so you do hear noise. You will be able to access the entire private space. There is two parking spaces available as well. We are available for questions by Airbnb messaging or text! Located steps from Coast Village Road which has just about everything to offer in the way of boutique shopping, a bustling restaurant scene, upscale hotels, and a thriving business environment. Restaurants include Jeannies for Breakfast and Coffee and Luckys Steakhouse for Dinner and Drinks. We are located right next to the 101 freeway which makes easy to pop into the heart of Santa Barbara and enjoy wine tasting the funk zone or a beach walk to Stearns Wharf. We also have walking paths throughout Montecito, which take you to local restaurants, shops and the beach! There is a winding staircase to the loft.
