The Oak House
Welcome to the Oak House, located within the coveted Oaks neighborhood in Montecito, CA. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito including Coast Village Road’s best restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. The house is also a 5-10 minute walk to Butterfly Beach, Miramar Beach, the Rosewood Miramar Hotel! Of course hiking, biking, and surfing are apart of everything Santa Barbara has to offer!
The Oak house has a beachy, California cozy feel and design. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large ensuite bathroom, floor to ceiling windows, peloton, and opens up to the back patio and yard. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom and a desk or work from home space. The third bedroom is the kids room which has a twin bed, crib, and an ensuite full bathroom. The living room is an open concept space, furnished with a dining table, fireplace and opens into the kitchen. Both living room and kitchen have doors to the patio and backyard. The perfect ambiance for making dinner and enjoying the weather with friends and family. There is a bonus room on the front side of the living room fireplace which has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a full laundry room and a large front and back yard to enjoy the beautiful Santa Barbara weather!
You will have access to the entire house, back and front yard, patio and parking. There is a detached guest house that we also rent, however the two spaces are completely separate.
There are two parking spots availabe as well as plenty of street parking.
